Data Protection Notice (GDPR/KVKK)

1. Data Controller

As TURUSA LLC, we act as the Data Controller (or Data Processor, depending on the context of the operational data) and process your personal data under the applicable data protection regulations.

2. Processed Data and Legal Basis

• Identity and Contact Data: (Name, email, phone) Processed on the legal basis of the performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations.
• Location and Operational Data: Real-time/historical location data of drivers defined on TraxOps are processed under the legal basis of legitimate interest and performance of the contract for fleet management.

Note: The Customer adding drivers to the platform acts as the Data Controller toward their drivers; TURUSA LLC acts as the Data Processor.

3. Data Transfer

Personal data may be transferred to our cloud infrastructure providers (subject to explicit consent if servers are located internationally) and to authorized public institutions in case of legal disputes.
