TraxOps Terms of Use

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") are entered into by and between TURUSA LLC ("Company"), the provider of the TraxOps software and related services ("Service"), and the business entity or professional user ("Customer") utilizing the Service. By registering on the platform, the Customer agrees to these terms.

2. Scope of Service and License

TraxOps is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for logistics operations, dispatching management, fleet tracking, and data synchronization with integrated mobile systems. The Company grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service during the subscription term.

3. User Obligations

• The Customer agrees to use the platform solely for lawful logistics and business operations.
• The Customer represents and warrants that all driver, client, and freight data entered into the system has been obtained legally, and the Customer is solely responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Reverse engineering, copying, or introducing malicious code to the system is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including source codes, UI designs, algorithms, logos, and trademarks related to "TraxOps" and "TURUSA" are the exclusive property of TURUSA LLC.

5. Limitation of Liability

TraxOps is an operations management tool. The Company shall not be held liable for logistics delays caused by user error, incorrect dispatching decisions, interruptions in third-party integrations (e.g., GPS, mapping providers), or hardware failures.
