Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 June 2026

TURUSA LLC ("TURUSA", "we") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you visit our websites, request a demo, or use the TraxOps software-as-a-service platform as a customer, administrator, dispatcher, or integrated mobile user.

1. Categories of Data We Collect

Depending on your relationship with us, we may process the following categories of personal and business-related data:

  • Account and company data: Legal name, trade name, tax or registration identifiers where provided, authorized user names, job titles, business email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and subscription details.
  • Operational and logistics data: Load and trip records, shipper and consignee information, routes, documents uploaded to loads, dispatcher notes, driver and vehicle assignments, status updates, and—where enabled—location signals from integrated driver applications.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, access timestamps, audit and security logs, error reports, and aggregated usage metrics.
  • Communications: Support tickets, demo requests, and correspondence with our sales or customer success teams.
  • Cookie and consent data: Preferences recorded through our cookie banner, as described in the Cookie Policy.

2. Purposes of Processing

We process data to provide and maintain TraxOps; authenticate users; synchronize operational information with mobile integrations; calculate routes and display maps where configured; issue invoices and manage subscriptions; respond to support requests; monitor security and prevent abuse; comply with legal obligations; and improve product quality through aggregated analytics where consent or legitimate interest applies.

3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK and similar regimes)

Where GDPR or comparable laws apply, we rely on: (a) performance of a contract with the customer organization; (b) legitimate interests in securing and improving our B2B service, balanced against your rights; (c) compliance with legal obligations; and (d) consent where required—for example, non-essential cookies, certain marketing messages, or international transfers where mandated.

4. Sharing and Processors

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors and partners necessary to deliver the service—such as cloud hosting, database management, email delivery, mapping and routing APIs, payment processors, and professional advisers under confidentiality duties. All subprocessors are bound by written data protection terms. We may disclose data to authorities when required by applicable law.

5. Retention

We retain data for as long as the customer subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal retention requirements. Backup copies may persist for a limited technical window. Customers may request deletion subject to contractual and legal constraints.

6. Security Measures

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions within TraxOps, logging, and isolated hosting environments. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we continuously work to reduce risk.

8. International Transfers

TraxOps may be hosted on infrastructure located outside your country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or explicit consent for transfers from Turkey, as set out in our Explicit Consent Texts and KVKK notice.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or website where appropriate. Controller: TURUSA LLC, Fethiye Mah., Sanayi Cd. No:323, Nilüfer / Bursa, Türkiye. Email: info@traxops.com.

7. Your Rights

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact info@traxops.com. If you are an employee or driver whose data was entered by a TraxOps customer, please contact that organization first; we assist our customers in fulfilling their obligations as controllers.
